These Terms govern your use of the Somewhere travel-planning app and related services. They are between you and NP, trading as NP Somewhere (“we”, “us”, or the “Company”). If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence apply in addition to these Terms.
1. Trader information and contact
- Trader: NP, trading as NP Somewhere

- Postal address: Room 402, Sinjeong Villa, 25-22 Jungang-ro 45-gil, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul 08060, Republic of Korea
- Business registration number: 545-01-04035
- Mail-order business report number: 2026-Seoul Yangcheon-0818

Before you buy a paid service, the order screen shows its main features, price and billing period, any free-trial period and conversion price, automatic-renewal status, cancellation method and when the paid features begin. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; the relevant marketplace also presents its payment and order information.
EU regulatory contact status: contact@npsomewhere.com is our electronic point of contact. No separate legal representative under DSA Article 13 has yet been appointed. If the DSA applies to the Service as an intermediary service offered in the EU, appointment and publication of that representative’s EU contact details must be completed before that offering.
2. The Service and eligibility
Somewhere lets you create and manage trips, view places on maps, invite selected people to share and edit trips, store trip/place images, record expenses and settlements, use optional AI trip generation/conversation/itinerary editing, and import supported content from a Triple share link you provide. Features may change as described in these Terms.
The Service is not available to children under 14. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with permission from your parent or legal guardian. You must provide accurate information and may not impersonate another person.
3. Agreement, updates and notices
These Terms take effect when you accept them through the Service or begin guest use where the Terms are made available. We may amend the Terms for a valid reason and within the limits of law. We will identify the effective date and reason and give advance notice. For a change that is materially unfavorable to you, we will give at least 30 days’ notice where reasonably practicable and obtain consent where required. Continued use does not replace explicit consent required by law. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and close your account before the change takes effect.
We may send notices through in-Service announcements, the email address registered to your account, app notifications or similar means.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in account and credentials. Do not transfer, lend or share your account with another person. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You may use limited guest features without an account where we make them available.
5. User content, sharing and content decisions
You retain rights in content you create or add. You allow us to host, reproduce and display that content only as needed to provide, operate and secure the Service. Rights in imported content remain with its original rights holder. Ownership or protection of AI output depends on applicable law, and we do not promise exclusive copyright in an AI output.
When you invite tripmates, they may view trip titles, dates, itineraries, places, notes, images and expense/settlement information according to your sharing settings. People with editing permission may add, change or delete content. Check permissions before sharing and remove access when it is no longer needed. Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions needed, including consent for another person’s personal data, photos or receipts.
To report content or conduct that you believe is illegal or violates these Terms, use the structured content-report form or email contact@npsomewhere.com with the exact content location, reasons and supporting information. We review reports under applicable law and these Terms. If we restrict or remove content, restrict an account or suspend a feature, we will provide the grounds and available review information where required by the Digital Services Act (DSA) or other applicable law. You may request review by contacting the same address.
6. Paid services and AI credits
We may offer Somewhere Pro, a paid subscription that can include ad removal, increased trip/invitation/saved-item limits and weekly AI credits. The price, taxes where applicable, billing interval, trial details, automatic renewal and cancellation steps are presented by the marketplace before you place the order. Payment is collected through the marketplace. Pro benefits belong to the account that made the purchase and may not be transferred or merged with another account.
- AI credits are usage units, are not currently sold separately and cannot be converted to cash, transferred or combined across accounts. Statutory rights are unaffected.
- A successful AI trip generation uses 5 credits. A successful AI conversation or itinerary-edit response uses 2 credits; an ordinary answer or clarification request also uses 2 credits. Failed input validation or upstream-service requests are not charged.
- Active Pro members receive 300 weekly credits. A new week begins Monday at 00:00 UTC. Unused weekly credits do not roll over and are unavailable when Pro is inactive.
- A completed rewarded ad earns 10 credits after server verification, up to 30 times per UTC day. Availability, consent and verification can affect whether an ad or award is available.
- Eligible new accounts receive 10 sign-up credits. Earlier awards, duplicate UID/email claims and a 90-day post-deletion restriction may prevent another award.
- Weekly credits are used before earned credits. Earned credits currently have no periodic reset or separate expiry, but the balance is deleted with the account.
7. Subscription renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically for the billing period shown at purchase unless you cancel before the next renewal. We provide any pre-contract information and obtain any express consent required for a free-to-paid conversion or price increase. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you can normally keep using paid features until the end of the period already paid for.
Deleting the app, signing out, deleting your Somewhere account or stopping use does not cancel a subscription managed by an app marketplace. Cancellation and a request for a refund are separate actions.
8. Your 14-day right to withdraw
If you are an EU consumer entering into a distance contract for a paid service, you generally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies. You can exercise the right by sending us a clear statement before the period expires. You may use the model form below, but it is not compulsory. See Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
If you expressly ask us to begin supplying the service during the withdrawal period, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for the service supplied up to the time you notify us of withdrawal, where the law permits. You lose the right to withdraw from a service contract only after the service has been fully performed and where you gave the required express prior consent and acknowledged that the right would be lost after full performance. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, any loss of the withdrawal right is subject to the separate statutory conditions for that content.
For an eligible withdrawal, we reimburse payments received without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise and without a reimbursement fee. Where your order was made through an app marketplace, use its refund process as well; this does not remove any statutory rights you have against us.

9. Digital-service conformity rights
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory remedies for a failure to supply or a lack of conformity of a digital service. Depending on the circumstances and national law, you may be entitled to have the service brought into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and its national implementation. Contact contact@npsomewhere.com and describe the issue. This process does not limit your right to pursue a remedy provided by law.
10. AI, maps and external imports
AI responses, map/place information, routes and budgets are provided as planning aids and can be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify travel, opening-hour, safety and booking details with their original providers before relying on them. AI editing proposes a response or change based on the current draft and your input; it does not change the server itinerary until you choose to apply it.
Triple imports copy supported trip content from the share page you submit. They do not transfer all bookings, payments or collaborator accounts and may omit information because of source restrictions, format changes or image errors. Review the imported result.
11. Prohibited conduct and enforcement
You must not misuse another person’s account or data; infringe rights; upload illegal, defamatory, obscene, violent or deceptive content; use the Service commercially without our permission; scrape or access the Service by automated means; exploit vulnerabilities; interfere with operations; or violate law or these Terms. We may remove content, limit sharing, suspend features or terminate an account where there is a lawful and proportionate reason. We will give notice and a statement of reasons when required by the DSA or other applicable law. You may ask us to review a decision by emailing contact@npsomewhere.com.
12. Service changes, interruptions and account closure
We may update or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, technical failures, force majeure, or failure of a necessary external service such as cloud hosting, maps or sign-in. We will give advance notice where practicable and notice afterward in urgent cases. If a material change to a paid service negatively affects your access or use, your statutory rights, including any right to terminate without charge, remain available where applicable.
You may close your account at any time through the in-app deletion feature or by contacting us. On closure, we handle account data and content under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Account closure does not cancel an app-marketplace subscription; cancel it in the marketplace where necessary.
13. Personal data
Our EU Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, the legal bases, international transfers and your rights, including selected Sentry diagnostic reports when a project is configured.
14. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, maps, travel information, budgets and AI responses are provided for reference and are not a guarantee of accuracy, completeness or suitability. You should verify information before travel. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or other liability that applicable law makes non-excludable. For any liability that can be limited, the limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Complaints and out-of-court resolution
For a complaint about the Service, a purchase or a content decision, contact us at contact@npsomewhere.com. If you want to explore out-of-court consumer dispute resolution, the European Commission provides information about ADR bodies available in EU countries. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued.

16. Governing law and courts
The laws of the Republic of Korea govern these Terms, without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence. Any dispute may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law, including a court available to you under mandatory EU consumer rules.
Final provision
These Terms take effect on September 28, 2026. Changes apply to existing users only after the notice period and any consent required by law.
